SOMETHING TO BE THANKFUL FOR

Your life appears makeup of barriers and hurdles,
But there’s something to be thankful for.
Your life from birth to date full of ups and downs,
Times of needs, times of tears and times of lost,
But there’s something to be thankful for.
Life seems like a tall mountain to climb,
Sometimes it looks as deep as a valley to cross.
However, there’s something to be thankful for.

Your genealogy seems nothing to be glade of,
But there’s something to be thankful for.
Your lineage seems to have no support system,
You try hard, but it looks to be very difficult.
Don’t worry; there’s something to be thankful for.
Your family walls seem to be falling apart,
Love once are gone, it appears no center to hold on.
Don’t grief; there’s something to be thankful for.

Your career projections look very bleak,
But there’s something to be thankful for.
Your job hunting appears to be hunting you down,
It seems as if, “go and come” is your order of every day.
Don’t give up; there’s something to be thankful for.
You’re honestly doing your best as you can at work,
But your bosses treat you inhumanly and callously.
Take a breath; there’s something to be thankful for.

Oh you’re a manager maliciously tagged by employees,
But there’s something to be thankful for.
Your honest desire is to create enough to share with all,
Yet, employees never appreciate your frantic efforts.
Don’t be dejected perplexed, there’s something to be thankful for.
Things aren’t going on well within your management,
And it appears your annual projections won’t be met.
Don’t be perplexed, there’s something to be thankful for.

Trials to your aspirations seem unlimited,
But there’s something to be thankful for.
Your aspirations are positive and purposeful,
Yet detractors are armed up with trivialities.
Don’t be dismayed; there’s something to be thankful for
It looks like all your appointments are disappointments,
And it seems failure is becoming your bedmate.
Don’t despair; there is something to be thankful for.

Adversities in your life seem not to give way,
But there’s still something to be thankful for.
Disasters around you appear not to give way,
You hold them by the right but they give out the left.
But calm down, there’s something to be thankful for.
Your whole life assets are swept away by,
Storms, tsunamis, earthquakes and what have you?
It’s truly difficult; but there’s still something to be thankful for.

There’s only one thing that gives hope to the future,
That one and only one thing is the life you have.
Your family lineage is almost in disarray, yes I know,
Your take home pay can’t take you home, that’s true.
But all isn’t lost; you have your life to be thankful for.
The whole world may seem against your existence,
Nevertheless, you’re alive; your life is not taken away.
So don’t give up on the future; you still have your life.

Life makes all aspirations possible despite the challenges,
You need to be thankful for life as you’re alive.
Give hope to your life expectations and cherish your life,
Thank God the giver of life for everyday of your life.
Keep faith with the times and seasons, never give up,
The evening may look like all expectation is gone.
But wait for the next morning, life will smile on you.
Life is certainly something to be thankful for always.

LOVE NUTRITION

All things grow with the right nutrients.
Without right proportion of plant nutrients,
Plant nutrition is incomplete.
Without tolerable sunlight and water,
Plant nutrient is incomplete.
Plants grow with adequate photosynthesis.

Human growth demands balance diet.
Without which there are growth defects.
But what is love nutrition?
What makes love grow and blossom?
Well, can love grow, without giving love?
Can your love grow, without receiving love?

I give love, you take love;
You give love, I take love.
What I give for love is in my ability,
What you can give for love is in your ability,
Give out of love receive lone to grow love.
Undoubtedly love nutrition is giving.

THE MIND SETS YOUR LIFE

The eye sees, the mind sees.
The eye sees the visuals,
It sees and informs the mind.
The mind keeps the visuals;
Visuals out of sight, not out of mind.

The ear hears, the mind hears.
The ear hears the sounds,
It hears and informs the mind.
The mind keeps the sounds;
Sounds out of ear, not out of mind.

The nose smells, the mind smells.
The nose smells the scents,
It smells and informs the mind.
The mind keeps the scents;
Scents out of nose, not out of mind.

The tongue tastes, the mind tastes.
The tongue tastes the testables,
It tastes and informs the mind.
The mind keeps the tastes;
Tastes out of tongue, not out of mind.

The skin feels, the mind feels.
The skin feels the feelings,
It feels and informs the mind.
The mind keeps the sensations;
Feeling out of body, not out of mind.

The mind has the records of your life activities.
The mind keeps the activities of the senses,
It also has power to digest your life activities.
The mind has power to instruct your life;
But the direction depends on how you tune your mind.

The mindset you have sets your life agenda.
Your negative mindset, sets your way of life,
Your positive mindset, sets your way of life.
Therefore, how you think that’s how you are;
Your mindset sets your possibilities and way of life.
